The current board's lack of skilled leadership, their ineptness to manage our funds responsibly, capricious spending, persistent lack of honesty and transparency, and their well-documented track record of favoritism makes one thing clear: This board consistently puts personal interests and friendships ahead of the homeowners they are supposed to serve, and are incapable of being fair and effective. They are fundamentally and completely disconnected from the majority of the homeowners and continue to make reckless financial decisions.

As homeowners, we have the power to shape our financial future and environment through our votes. Choosing board members is not symbolic—it directly impacts how our community is governed. We urge you to vote for the three of us. Our commitment to transparency, accountability, and genuine community welfare sets us apart. We are prepared to lead our community with integrity and common sense. Electing us means choosing collaboration and experience over favoritism, and having a leadership that respects every homeowner. Our door will always be open, and every voice will be heard.

What Jim, Mary, and Danette Plan to Achieve

The three of us envision a vibrant community where every member has the opportunity to make a difference. Our platform includes initiatives aimed at enhancing community safety, increasing property values, stabilizing our finances, paying off the $200,000 loan while building Reserves with a moratorium on all spending, and fostering a sense of belonging among residents. We have laid out a clear roadmap for progress, which includes regular town hall meetings and open forums to facilitate communication between the board and residents. We are also committed to bringing and maintaining transparency in all HOA dealings. We recognize that trust is foundational to any successful community, and our approach includes sharing budget reports, project updates, and decisions made by the board in an accessible manner to each homeowner. This level of transparency will empower residents and ensure that everyone feels informed and involved in our community's future.

Our chief priorities will be:

• Stabilize and preserve the Reserves for essential expenses only (moratorium)

• Reduce dues

• Bring full transparency to the homeowners

• Put an end to the entrenched and pervasive favoritism and selective enforcement that have been repeatedly and thoroughly documented among every member of the current board.
