Dealing with an oppressive board

Because we have such an abusive board, much of our time is sucked up trying to stop their abuses. We don't deserve to be treated this badly in our golden years.
We should not be treated with such rudeness and disrespect at board meetings. They only listen to their friends while ignoring the needs of 95% of the community.
