For over 7 years, Jean Legrys has continuously shown a lack of consideration for community rules and her neighbors. She continues to leave a vehicle on her driveway that obstructs the sidewalk. Above is a time-stamped photo from October 16, 2025, showing Jean violating this regulation. The photos below are just some of the hundreds of instances that were distributed to the community and board. Yet Jean continues to defy the rules as if they don't apply to her, and she still attempts to deflect blame by pointing the finger at others who do the same.

Jean has disregarded the parking rule during her time as president, vice president, and even currently as a regular homeowner. Yet, she has never faced a violation for her misconduct, while other homeowners have been penalized. This constitutes selective enforcement, which is illegal.

During the board meeting on August 26, 2025, the board (including Jean) discussed the necessity of putting an end to this behavior. Jean Legrys was quite vocal on this issue and urged the board and Christina to issue violations to anyone breaching this rule. Imagine how brazen it is for Jean to pretend innocence while being such a hypocrite! It’s disgraceful.

Furthermore, on page 7 of the October 2025 newsletter, there is a visual reminder (attached) warning against parking a vehicle in a manner that blocks the sidewalk. It seems all of this holds no significance for Jean.

The rule does not imply that it’s acceptable to block the sidewalk with your vehicle for a few hours or minutes; it means NEVER block the sidewalk with a vehicle. Just like it is against the law to park in a handicapped spot without a permit, even for a minute.

THERE IS NO JUSTIFICATION FOR JEAN’S ACTIONS. She lacks the credibility to criticize others while she herself is guilty.

Why does Jean escape consequences while others do not? It's because she enjoys taking liberties and privileges that are not available to the rest of us because she is good friends with other board members, as well as the previous office manager (Kristine Diaz), who consistently overlooked such behavior. This is corruption that undermines the community. Jean also served on the board while penalizing others for the same offense. This also makes Jean Legrys a hypocrite. However, this is not the sole reason to label her a hypocrite; she also lost her previous home in Sable Lakes due to a foreclosure in the same year she moved into our community. County court records show the foreclosure, but Jean tries to claim it was a short sale. Fact is that she failed to pay her mortgage for for three years and owed her bank over $300,000 in payments before it was foreclosed. When Jean became a board member, she vigorously sought to adopt a rule that would prevent others with foreclosure histories or low credit scores from purchasing homes here, claiming they are high-risk. This also makes Jean a hypocrite.

Jean is not someone who should be trusted, nor respected, nor allowed to serve on a board of directors, nor should her accomplices on the board allow her to evade accountability. They seem to be part of the 'good ol' boys' club, always protecting each other. We do not need this nonsense or hypocrisy in our community.

Get the facts, stop the lies, stop the abuse, stop the favoritism.
