At the time these photos were taken, this was the home of the elitist board member, jon gutmacher, at 6391 Sagewood Way.
Take notice of the orange coloring of his sidewalk. Those well-water stains don't happen overnight. That's evidence of many months of neglect that went on for years. Also notice the overgrown vegetation blocking his front door, and especially the Christmas lights hanging over the garage door, while it was November 9, 2022. No, he didn't put them up early (would still be a violation of rules) ... Good ol' jon leaves his Christmas lights up all year long despite that not being allowed by the guidelines. But the property manager at that time, Kristine never issued a violation to jon. Goes to show that jon is another privileged and protected board member of the 'good ol' boys club' whom the rules don't apply to.
We have photos of his Christmas lights being up in April, June, and August. Those will be posted too.
Jon is another board hypocrite.
This is another example of biased treatment and SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT by the property manager. She knew about this condition because it was reported to her. Plus, she had plenty of opportunities to drive past his house to see all this, since it's a part of her function as property manager, but she neglected to do anything because they all protect each other. They are all hypocrites. This is also corruption. And yet, other people received violations for dirty driveways.
This is not the manner in which board members should conduct themselves. They are far from model citizens. Gutmacher and the rest of the board are perfect examples of what NOT to be.
Take a look at the condition of jon's driveway in the photo below. That is also unacceptable by ARC standards. Owners who had driveways in this condition, or less, were issued violations, but board members are immune. We DO NOT need board members like jon gutmacher.




Jon Gutmacher now lives at 14697 SUNNY WATERS Lane (still in Coco Wood Lakes). The two photos below are of his immediate neighbors (14723 and 14738 Sunny Waters Lane) whose driveways are obviously out of compliance with the Rules and Reg's. But from appearances, it looks like these two driveways have been "overlooked" for a long, long time, and have not received enforcement violations like others have. The condition of these driveways has obviously been like that for a long, long time. But obviously, Gutmacher ignores it because he puts friendships above his duties as a board member. This is not fair to the rest of us.
This points out favoritism when you are good friends with the board. Favoritism is UNETHICAL.
